Isha means ‘woman’ in Hebrew, and an OBGYN physician created this design in an effort to connect women’s healthcare providers to the community they serve here in Oakland, CA.  

It became a more powerful symbol in life post-Roe when we witnessed the denial of women’s access to basic healthcare and fundamental human rights. The symbol is now one of female power and strength and represents a commitment to women and women’s rights in the Bay Area and worldwide. A portion of the proceeds will go to the National Network of Abortion Funds.
